Founded in 2022 by a group of young art and culture enthusiasts, Whimsical Hearteners began as a volunteer initiative dedicated to social impact and cultural preservation. As the original team transitioned due to academic commitments, Andrew Yang, founder of the Taiwan Youth Exhibition, took over, integrating it into the exhibition to sustain its mission and expand its influence.
Believing that art is a catalyst for change, we provide opportunities for Taiwanese youth to engage in curation, volunteerism, and cultural exchange, using creativity to address social issues. Through both local and global collaborations, we showcase Taiwan’s innovation in art, architecture, and philanthropy while inspiring action for positive change.
More than a volunteer group, Whimsical Hearteners is a platform uniting art, culture, and social impact. We invite passionate individuals to join us in preserving heritage and driving meaningful transformation.

2024 November
“Turning War into Harmony” Exhibition
In 2024, Whimsical Hearteners dedicated its annual charity exhibition to "Turning War into Harmony", transforming war and conflict into messages of peace and hope through art. Held at Fuhsing Gallery, the event united young artists to express global compassion and highlight Taiwan’s youth as advocates for peace.
2023 September
愛狗 I Go! 拍賣會
Just a month after "I Go! Love for Dogs", Whimsical Hearteners held its first charity auction at Dai Art Gallery, raising NT$230,000 for the Little Fur Foundation. More than an art sale, this event demonstrated the power of creativity to drive social good, turning artistic expression into tangible support for stray animals.

愛狗 I Go! 聯展
After a year of preparation, Whimsical Hearteners took a major step forward, hosting its first charity exhibition, "I Go! Love for Dogs," at Fuxing Gallery. This event combined creativity and compassion, using art to raise awareness for stray animals and inspire respect for life.

Driven by a passion for art and philanthropy, first leader Mia Lu founded Whimsical Hearteners, inviting like-minded peers—Andrew Yang, Summer Chen, Avery Hsia, Evan Tseng, and Lily Hsu—to join. Together, they built a volunteer group that bridges art and social care.
